Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bohme pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
